Mothers Day Better Be Freaking Awesome This Year
Because now I’m sick. Nathan is still under the weather (and subsequently home today) and the icing on the cake is that Sandy shit in her bed sometime last night. A Plus.
PC let me know yesterday that he had strep and hoped I didn’t get it. And last night as my head was pounding I wondered which was better….having strep and having to take antibiotics which I have been informed can give a baby (girl) a yeast infection and/or thrush OR just have it be a virus and feel like ass for a few days. I vote for feel like ass because Im not sure I can handle the first option.

When it rains, it freaking pours. And it always freaking pours when husbands are deployed. I hope you get better ASAP. I vote for antibiotics, because one of my friends let strep go too long and ended up with a full body rash and her hair falling out! (Sorry! Don’t want to scare you, but go to a DOCTOR ASAP!!) Get better soon….

Lisa, it does sound your memo about no more bad stuff got lost in the mail. It always sucks when mama gets sick but it sucks even more when you’re the only parent around. Really, really wish I was there to help you out. Hope it’s neither option and that you are feeling better very soon. And yes, I agree you are due some goodness!
