If You Were Me: Part 2
Oh Come ON everyone…..Hawaii? Really? Well, guess what, we get to play again because it doesn’t look like Hawaii is going to pan out. Most of all the cost…just a quick crunching of numbers and it would be about $5000. For that amount of money I’d rather get a little more bang for my buck than dragging two kids to Target and Old Navy while my husband works all day. Hawaii is fairly expensive too as I recall, unlike some of these other countries where I can eat a fantastic meal for about $2. Also- Hawaii is still like a 9 hour flight from here (yee-haw), and lets not forget the last time we went to Hawaii Nathan caught the stomach flu to end all stomach flu’s. So, bad taste in mouth and all (no pun intended).
So…now what?

Well, I will just pat myself on the back now because I voted for Thailand BOTH TIMES. Thailand!? I am SO mad I never went when we were stationed in Korea. Go. Enjoy it for me. Eat that food. See the sights…it sounds 100 times more exciting than Hawaii!

Hi, It is Anonymous again! Don’t worry, I am not a weird lurker, just have 3 kids ages toddler through teen and only have time for blog lurking, not writing my own…. maybe someday…. but I digress. You love that food, GRAB YOURSELF SOME THAI LOVE…. food, fun, the whole package (the whole care package even, ha!). So. much. fun! I did vote for Hawaii first, but now I think I was just being selfish because I had been there before so I could know what I was voting for (and I do love me some Hawaii). Also, schedule…. with a SHARPIE on a CALENDAR…. a trip camping ALSO. Double trips, girl, you only turn 30 once, you deserve to shine! (said from a 36-year-old Haggis McBaggis who hides on her b-day). I tried to vote for other. I refuse to have my original Hawaii vote ignored by a new poll.
